Given Graffito’s extensive experience leasing retail space for landlords, Katz and his team are frequently tapped to design impactful signage for available properties. When Oxford Properties sought to attract tenants for their turnkey restaurant space (formerly Tico) at 222 Berkeley Street in Boston’s Back Bay, they turned to Graffito ID for a creative solution.
Drawing inspiration from the branding of the broader 500 Boylston property, the team developed a distinctive design featuring bold shapes, patterns, and targeted messaging to appeal specifically to restaurant operators. The signage not only captures attention but also provides a glimpse into the space, showcasing its potential to prospective tenants.
